•Perform repair and maintenance on all aspects of apartment complexes and residential properties

•Checking all samples from China to make sure all fabrics, colors, and overall design are correct
•Photograph, tagging, and send reference samples to major accounts to meet buying deadlines

Sample Coordinator


•Coordinating with Design and Production to assist the Ecom line assortment using liability fabric or tagging onto existing runs/styles to lower production and development cost 
•Overall production from Sales Order, PO, L/D and S/O approvals, fits, and to bulk
•Issuing PO’s through AIMS to factories for styles/colors to be sold on MisschievousClothing.com 
•Updating Pattern Cards/Tech Packs/PO and implementing all changes to overseas vendors
•Track and managing Photosamples for Photoshoots and SMS for sales meetings
•Implementing photo requirements and guidelines that blanket multiple Ecom account
•Developing seasonal promotional items for marketing and social media giveaways
•Assisting the Marketing team to help drive in website traffic
•Experienced with Shopify Platform and Google Analytics
•Testing items and giving reports for the Sales and design department 



Ecom Specialist

•Handling all production aspects for Element and Billabong in multiple garment categories for MBK
•Issuing purchase orders to international factories based on sale budgets and gross profit
•Daily communication with vendors to negotiate MOQ, ensure production is correct, and on time
•Data entry of purchase orders, SGS testing, sample logs, and maintaining spreadsheets
•Working closely with the logistics, merchandising, and design teams
•Track production from developmental sample through bulk production
•Attend handover meetings and responsible for all up to date changes to design and pricing
•Approval of TOP samples by verifying all current design, pricing, and packaging

Production Assistant

•Inspect and comment on product from overseas and domestic factories for receiving
•Maintain the quality of garments by checking the standards with Billabong and Element’s TP
•Measure production garments to ensure garments are up to fit specifications
•Verify shipping garment standards for inline and SMU product for quality and regulatory issues
•Perform partial to 100% inspections: experienced with mold, construction, and textile problems

Quality Control Coordinator

•Maintain and track production, from production samples to bulk through spreadsheets
•Follow up with factories and customers for approvals and comments on samples
•Update, organize, and send out WIP and GMDS weekly reports
•Confirm fabric yields so factories can maintain enough material for construction

Pre Production Assistant

•Assisted with comment changes of tech packs using Adobe Illustrator
•Aided multiple departments including art, entertainment, snow, and photoshoots
