An outstanding professional with the ability to communicate at all levels coupled with a proven successful track record in the resolution of complex/strategic issues, negotiation of mutually beneficial agreements, and an ability to lead teams to success in multi-channel retail.

As the Sales Manager of North America I am responsible for growing sales for Komperdell (Austrian manufacturer of hiking poles, ski poles, snowshoes, and base layer apparel) and Camaro (Austrian manufacturer of wetsuits for water ski, dive, surf, sup, triathlon, and accessories). Key accountabilities include hiring/training sales reps, performing clinics for retailers and managing National & Regional trade shows. Additional areas of focus include strategic planning, customer service, account management, brand growth, marketing/category development, training, program development and facilitation.
