Demand planner coordinator

I would like to obtain a  challenging position that will  allow me to display my unique  background,and artistic skills that I have obtained through  education and work  experience. I come from a  merchandising and managerial background.

-Process and code invoices for approval and payment by Finance
-Perform internal audits for US Customs Entry Packets and maintain filing system for Entry Packs for US Customs auditing purposes  
-Create and maintain documentation for US Export shipments as well as internal international inventory transfers
-Maintain system date information for Boutique order allocation

Trims/ Logistics Specialist

Scope of responsibilities:
-Grabbing Samples from Vendors, Vendors drop off Samples in our sample show room.
- Help with updating purchase orders.  Example: Cost/retail,  in-house dates,(production gets delayed at times and need a later date for product to get in stores), denim colors/washes and specs (seams off, seam thread does not match, need to shorten or lengthen
- Communicating on a daily basis with vendors to ensure that price tickets, COCD’s, VCC, GCC and Care labels are up to code and uploaded.
- Help with fitting, this is when we take the samples that the vendors have come up with to have our fit models try on to ensure that specs are correct
- Daily meetings with vendors showing us what they have available for us to look at to purchase for upcoming seasons, looking up last years numbers, projecting and giving insight on what would sell and what might not do well.  Not only for our U.S. market but internationally as well

Production Coordinator

Scope of responsibilities:
-Responsible for improving and maintaining the visual layout of the store based on seasonal directives.
-Allocate all POP, GWP, window displays and digital collateral pertaining to floor and window displays.
-Signage and Plotting artwork for various projects, store windows, bays and uppers.
-Maintained brand aesthetics through store displays, time management and communication
-Ability to prioritize and process orders in a fast-paced, high volume,deadlines environment.
-Good at multi-tasking and adaptable to technological, procedural and schedule changes.
-Able to work late hours and occasional weekends.
-Ability to listen and communicate clearly with coworkers, managers and vendors

Visual Merchandiser

Worked with vendors to track production and distribution of merchandise for off-site events -Assisted with managers of the L.A. Live store in developing a merchandising structure/planogram for future reference-Managed merchandise supply for vendors during AEG sponsored events:  Staples center, L.A. Live, Nokia Theatre and Grammy Museum-Assisted Sr. Buyers in acting as a liaison with vendors in ordering new merchandise-Helped in revising graphic art on novelties and apparel-Entering of purchase orders
