Conceptualizing, designing,  and developing brand identity,  direct-mail, print/web media,  and television  advertising/promotional  programs, and  creating/executing successful  marketing campaigns have  benchmarked my professional  performance.

Led and managed a team of art directors, copywriters, developers and editors. Developed, improved and implemented creative processes. Provided creative direction for multi-channel marketing concepts. Reviewed all creative across channels, defining the look, feel and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring concepts and campaigns delivered a consistent experience across all media, with focus on unique, cost effective solutions. Measured the impact of the creative process or marketing programs and evaluated their effectiveness for future campaigns. Established look books for brand development and communication with vendors and outside resources. Directed photo shoots, video, audio, digital, online training development, tradeshow and environmental. Created look and direction for the largest client leading to 600% growth in services and budget over three years. Developed creative for B2B, B2C and D2C audiences across brands.

Associate Creative Director

Led and managed a team of creative writers, designers, video producers and editors, developing creative concepts and elements needed to bring our partner’s marketing strategy to life. Led and drove the strategic planning process with the team and resolved functional conflicts, ensuring the creative efforts and activities of the team met high standards for creativity, innovation and profitability while also achieving client’s goals and objectives. Exposure to senior-level contacts, both internal and external.  

Director of Creative Services

Led and managed a 54 person creative department, including advertising, editorial, interactive, publications and translation. Produced all branding packaging and communications for five countries, including annual reports, monthly magazines, convention and event programs, marketing collateral, marketing nutraceutical and cosmeceutical product lines, logos, packaging and labels, product cards, booklets and fliers, catalogs, weekly e-newsletters, e-blast customer emails, banner ads, landing pages and websites, ensured that messaging and style were appropriately positioned across cultures.

Developed brand identity and implemented across all media delivering a consistent message. Developed brand image for Life Time Fitness premium product, Life Time Athletic. Conceptualized and designed logos, direct mail, print and outdoor.
