Seamless organization of a schedule and run-of-show to make the team and ultimately the client feel at ease. Creating and maintaining positive athlete, talent, client and media relations.
In the behind-the-scenes Operations role, I work full-time(ish) as an Event Director for a full service Meeting Planning and Event Production Company, I organize and over-see events from start to finish. Full spectrum planning from Site inspections, contract negotiations, developing the client’s vision, creating web content, managing social media content, creating production schedules and timelines, budgets & financials, food & beverage planning, party and event hosting, hiring of on-site staff and entertainment, keeping client engaged and up-to-date throughout the entire planning process.
