•	Recover 4% margin erosion by proving logistics change from FOB to EXW, minimizing local transit cost resulting in $390K yearly savings.


Hard Goods Production Manager

Manage $210 MM dollars in swimwear and active wear business. Responsible for managing Indonesia, Mexico, China production, logistics, sourcing, procurement, compliance & QA personnel in delivering 10 million units/year globally. 
•	Accountable for implementing PLM system NGC for improved efficiency and metrics.  
•	Lead DC receiving efficiency improvements to maximize sell though of product.
•	Streamlined compliance department resulting in enhanced COGS.

Supply Chain Consultent

Responsible for managing $150MM in business within an import production environment. Specifically, manage all aspects of production process in hard goods for heritage brand SPEEDO. Partner with product managers and international offices to assure proper engineering, QA and on time delivery.

Supply Chain Consultant

Hired to direct transition from vertical manufacturing operation to a fully out sourced contractor based operating model. Provided oversight and direction to pre-production, grading & marking, cutting,  quality assurance and exisiting sewing facility.
