I've been working in the entertainment and advertising industry for over 10 years and would love to branch out into the extreme sports and outdoor lifestyle world.  It's always been my dream to work for brands such as; Red Bull, GoPro, Nike, Neff, Burton, FreeStyle, WSL, Reef, ASP, Billabong, Quicksilver, Ripcurl, Liquid Force, RVCA, IMG, etc.

I have a passion for live action production, talent management, social media and event planning.  Being behind the scenes to bring a story, brand or product to life is a ever changing world she can't get enough of!

• Cold calling to expand promotional department; Casinos, Colorado Convention Center for a list of upcoming events & trade shows, festivals, concerts, various home shows & boats shows.
• Researching and sending inquiries for any/all upcoming events and corporate parties that may need our models.

Freelance Associate Producer & Client Service Manager @ 11 Dollar Bill

• Made sure all clients, editors, creatives and producers are taken care of with client service requests.  
• Set up all edit bays for each client project and team.
• Coordinated talent, voiceover and sound studios for various jobs.
• Managed expense reports, edit bids, production schedules, freelancers, office supplies, catering orders and running errands.
• Monitored budgets for each on-going project daily.  
• Helped coordinate departments social media and events.
• Assisted with additional projects and commercial shoots with the Plus Production team.

Production Client Service Coordinator

• Presented a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients, vendors, board members, staff, and media.
• Responsibility for development & implementation of efficient office systems.
• Booked all conference rooms for internal and external meetings. 
• Managed freelance invoices, employee phone list, power point presentations and music for main lobby and additional floors. 
• Assisted with ongoing projects for in-house Culture Events team as well as our Volunteer Program.
• Provided support for Human Resources: interview schedule, applicant pool, resume files and new hire orientation.

Office Coordinator

• Supported the director and producer in unscripted reality TV.  
• Responsible for taking all calls and messages.  Scheduled various pitch and development meetings, worked in a team environment, watched cuts and reels.
• Coordinated Spike’s social media and Facebook account.  
• Managed expense reports.
• Created and researched new ideas for development meetings.
• Updated two calendars on a daily basis with pilots, reels, cuts, meetings and travel.

Executive Assistant to SVP & Director of Original Series

• Coordinated auditions breakdowns, callbacks, casting calls, bookings, and appointments for talent.
• Corresponded with casting directors, producers & talent managers.
• Managed talent submissions by taking a leadership role on choosing new upcoming talent for potential TV and commercial signing.
• Handled heavy phone volume, took messages, scheduled meetings for the agent and clients. 
• Assisted other assistants and talent agents when needed.

Agent Assistant

• Performed general office duties: proper phone etiquette, updated production database, organized video library, sourced mail, and talent submissions. 
• Floater: covered desks, rolled calls, provided administrative and client support including heavy phone volume, scheduled meetings, script coverage.

Intern and Floater

• Production assistant duties: copied scripts and call-sheets, scheduled meetings and answered phones. 
• Assisted ad’s, producers, coordinators as well as other pa’s on set in a team environment during shoots.
• Assisted with video editing, post production, pre-production and shoots.
• Placed extras and guest stars in their proper places on set and coordinated both schedules.

Production Assistant

• Coordinated to market distribution of branded content for NFL Pro Bowl, UH Warrior Home Games.
• Networked with the press and media, organized and coordinated meetings with employees, vendors and product sponsors.
• Worked within a team environment – assisted with special promotions for public events, helped set up equipment, volunteers, and competitors at local surf contests, such as Pipeline Masters, Haliewa, and Sunset.
