I am writing to introduce myself to you, as I am interested in a position with your company. My diverse business experience and education has helped me to develop strong skills in client negotiations, verbal presentations, community relations, and account management.  
 
My employment history includes working in sales, management, education, and marketing.  I have worked in the extreme sports, pharmaceutical, software and higher learning industries over the last 10 years. I also have a significant amount of knowledge in all aspects of business such as compliance, customer service, human resources, payroll, market research, interviewing, data entry, administrations, finance, accounting etc.  Throughout my professional experience, I have learned that the customer always comes first and one must do what it takes to get the job done with achieving total customer satisfaction.  This not only leads to higher conversion, but a loyal customer base.  I am always ready to jump in wherever needed to meet the goals and objectives of the organization.  Amongst, my peers and former supervisors, I am known as a hard worker and a trustworthy professional, with an ambitious attitude. 

Additionally, in June of 2006, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administrations with a concentration in Marketing.  Shortly after, I had started working in the education field and two years later got the opportunity of a lifetime to go back to school and obtain an MBA with the college in which I worked for.  I graduated from the University of Phoenix, Hohokam Campus in March of 2009 with Honors.  I later finished my master’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2015.
