Recruit and staff for nuclear shutdowns while adhering to strict staffing contracts and guidelines.Meet staffing goals and milestones on time based schedules. spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to keep records of changing staffing statuses. Communicate staffing progress to senior management on a daily basis. Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, and promotions, using human resources management system software.

Participated in the shutdown and refueling outage of Pilgrim Nuclear Generating Station during the months of April and May 2011.  Worked as part of a six person team on the refuel floor.  Primary responsibilities were to keep contamination levels low and maintain a safe workplace.  Deconned and painted the 360 platforms.


Participated in the shutdown and refueling outage of Indian Point Energy Center during the months of March and April 2011.  Efficiently worked as part of the ALARA Shielding team to provide protection from high levels of radiation located in Unit 3’s VC.   Participated in the final Cavity Decontamination.


Participated in the shutdown and refueling outage of River Bend Nuclear Generating Station during the months of January and February 2011.  Successfully worked as teams located in the Drywell to create and maintain a safe working environment.  Participated in High Rad trash removal from the Drywell.  Safely decontaminated materials from Under-vessel wearing PAPR hoods.  Assisted as top support during Cavity Decon.

Decontamination Technician

Participated in the shutdown and refueling outage of Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station during the months of October and November 2010.  Worked in teams to create a safe working environment inside the Condenser Bay.  Worked in teams to decontaminate High Radiation Areas and Radiation Areas.
