Customer Service Manager Avid Sportswear

·	Responsible for processing sales orders, pick tickets, invoices, and credit memos in ERP for major and boutique accounts
·	Work with 3PL and transportation team to ensure orders are packed according to account guidelines to minimize chargebacks and ship within assigned timeframe
