Created start-up company that was built from the ground, up. Began as an online venture and grew into a large-scale apparel printing company, with a large online presence worldwide. As the Sr. Sales Manager, my duties revolved around inside/outside sales and ranged from account business development, prospecting, creative planning, market analytics, marketing, contract and sales negotiations, and overseeing 37 employees. Converted start-up contract apparel printing company into a profitable business, with steadily increasing growth, in just over a year’s time. Driving average sales to over $1.6 Million in revenue, in 2014.
•	Molded partnerships to grow company profile that attracts large clients, ranging from premium brands, to fulfillment contracts for retail stores. (Locked-in accounts with 7 Jeans, David & Goliath, Fab, Yellow Fin, Under Armour, Paramount Pictures, and numbers more).
•	Created a user-friendly, interactive apparel website and online catalog for e-commerce.
•	Successful sale of company.

Sr. Sales & Product Manager

Identified and closed sales with prospect accounts for the food & beverage distribution industry in the FL, GA and SC district.  Identified clients’ needs and identified solutions for areas needing improvement, so they could receive the products needed to support their operations on a daily basis, while negotiating pricing to benefit both parties. Developed and submitted proposals to companies to win sales and long-term business agreements.
•	Recognized by CEO and company for #1 highest gross profit percentage increase with new business, in the entire company, in the first 6 months in region. Grew to maintain 38 accounts and exceeded sales goals from previous year by nearly double.(Restaurants/retail/hotels/franchises/events). Multiple sales contests winner.
•	Collaborated with cross-functional teams of managers, specialists, brokers, distributors, and sales representatives to increase sales in my district through continuous client satisfaction. Created point-of-sale materials to capture specific target markets.

Regional Sales Rep

Drove sales and marketing, of online educational curriculum products, across FL, GA, NC, and SC. Main duties revolved around business development, account management, team management, sales and marketing. 
•	Exceeded management expectations, with 14% growth in region and was promoted within 2 ½ months.
•	Created marketing/advertising materials, point of sale material, executed market analysis and established professional development objectives for program released to the US Department of Education.
•	Managed a 6-person team, including Inside Sales, Account Managers, & Implementation Representatives. Created strategic plans, training guidelines, and operating budgets for the entire team. Established sales goals, schedules, and tracked individual performance.  Documented team performance reports, showing individual performance, success, and growth.
•	Selected as one of 8 from our company to lead a key corporate strategy planning workshop.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Opened new accounts and met with key decision makers, to identify staffing needs. Our team recruited candidates to fill Architect/Engineer/Managerial roles within clients’ organizations. 
•	Led developmental, training, and business strategy sessions that enhanced the recruiting team of 25+ colleagues.  Improved work group’s performance. Maintained daily interaction and strong working relationships in the roles of business development and recruiting with Aerospace, Department of Defense and Medical Device clients. Recognized as an office leader for high percentage of successful, position fill-rate.
