• Recruited to develop and own all vertical facets of the James Perse Furniture, Home and Limited Edition division(s) of James Perse Enterprises, the international men's and woman's apparel brand, as it entered into the Luxury High End Retail, Interior Design Trade and Hospitality markets. • A key architect of the Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic brand as it expanded from a two store, $2.5M operation to a $25M global player in apparel, slip covered furniture, textiles (Screen Printing), home / linens, antiques and decorative accessories. o Instrumental in maintaining the Shabby Chic brand while growing the wholesale operation from $0.0 to $5M annually. o Orchestrated and partnered in the opening of 16 retail stores / relocations and ecommerce. Managed / directed all time lines ranging from: Store build out, fixtures, systems / hardware, training, product installation to floor sets and new staff training. o A stakeholder in operating results from the manufacturing shop floor to the Board of Directors, consistently strengthening the Shabby Chic brand with presence and continuity, while collaborating with other executive management team partners. o P& L accountability for an 18,000 square foot factory, and a 75,000 square foot distribution center.
