Production Design Manager / Head Graphic Designer / Film Separator

I have eight years experience as a silk screen Graphic/Production Designer with most of my experience in the sign/sticker industry. I have advanced knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and all of the Adobe Creative Suite. 

As a production designer I separate film for different silk screen applications. I also run/maintain Roland large format digital presses.

•Production designer in charge of day to day printing for both the in house souvenir line of stickers/magnets and custom print jobs.

•Ran and maintain all digital equipment including Roland VersaUV LEJ-640 UV LED printer and the Roalnd SolJET Pro III XC-540 Printer.

•Built and maintained Stickers by Sandstone website using Bigcommerce.com

•R&D a new plastic magnet souvenir using the UV printer and die boards.

•Set up all artwork network work flow from concept to production for both digital stickers, screen printed stickers, plastic magnets and badge magnets.

•Separated film for a 38" x 27" Sakurai Drum Press, Calm shell Press & 2 American Long strokes.

•Printed oversize film with a 54" OYO Liberator Image setter and Harlequin RIP.

•Printed vinyl banners and custom stickers on a Roland XJ-640 60" Printer & 60" Graphtec Plotter.

•R&D various substrates for signs and banners.

•Designed small to oversize dies for stickers and sign cutting.

Production Designer / Film Separator

•Separated film for a 20" x 27" Sakurai Drum press. Printed film with an Epson 4800.

•Managed and scheduled work flow for production.

•Printed vinyl banners and car decals with a Roland SC-545EX.

•Designed and printed business cards, fliers, brochures and other various offset work.

Prouction Designer / Film Separator

•Separated film for a M&R Diamondback 8 color press using an Epson 4800 and Illustrator / Photoshop.

•Helped managed and scheduled work flow for production.

•Worked directly with clients to complete various concepts into finished products.

•Hand Illustrations and custom lettering
