I have 15 years of supervisor and project management experience, with the last 8 years in the sustainable energy sales and construction industry and the 9 years prior in the residential and commercial construction industry. I pride myself on customer service, providing great quality and efficiency, effective communications, multi- tasking and problem solving.
I helped to develop and taught the Sustainable Energy Technologies Degree Program and the Solar Photo Voltaic Installation Program for The University of Antelope Valley in Lancaster, Ca.
I have hired, replaced and managed crews of 60 employees and have taught over 30 students in a classroom, lab setting and practical hands on training.
I am constantly researching the world’s activities and technology.  I have stayed in 14 different countries and have surfed in 10 countries in North, Central and South America, Europe, and Asia. I enjoy a multicultural environment, meeting new people and being a part of the team. I played baseball and volleyball for Azusa Pacific University. I speak English and Spanish.

Conduct on site survey of roof or ground conditions, take photos, measurements, angles, document obstructions and take Sun Eye readings to determine site quality and best system design
Design three dimensional model of solar system and site based off of site visit data
Manage installation design process
Meet with city or county inspectors to approve installation

Contact potential commercial clients of 100KW or larger
Explain the benefits, impacts, features, advantages and benefits of incorporating solar either through a cash purchase or a power purchase agreement(PPA)
Manage all aspects of the transactions, installation and inspections
