Web Content and Collateral

Over 10 years of Industry experience throughout various aspects of the business cycle.

•	Manage and maintain website content, collateral and eCommerce direction
•	Collaborate with the rest of our marketing team in aligning content with brand message
•	Produce digital content for web, social media, and other advertising avenues
•	Create packaging and other physical collateral
•	Events and trade shows


•	Maintain relationships with buyers and key personnel
•	Generate sales through verbal, digital and in-person contacts
•	Assist outside sales reps
•	Participate in Sales Presentations
•	Work closely with sales and management on planning and forecasting needs
•	Facilitate all credits, returns, sales orders, and inventory inquiries

•	Work closely with production on all large POs to ensure proper timelines and deliveries


Inside Sales

•	Key Account sales support
•	Coordinate with buyers and sales reps on all sales, orders, sample requests compliance issues
•	Maintained relationships with key personnel and 
•	Present seasonal line and SMU products to customers
•	Vendor compliance issues and Ticketing
•	EDI processing
•	Worked closely with production on all POs to ensure proper timelines and deliveries
•	Manage SMU product flow
•	Channel SMU requests from sales reps and accounts
•	Review and submit requests with necessary information including target costing and pricing,
•	sizing, construction, graphical guidelines, and delivery timelines to M&D and Production.
•	Obtain proper approvals from Production and sales management
•	Process Customer POs
•	Communicate to Production delivery and sampling needs
•	Track all POs through production to insure proper deliveries


In-house Majors and SMU 

•	Snowboard & Boot Developer 1
•	Work with Footwear Designers, Board Designers, and Product Managers on construction techniques and processes to avoid potential issues, provide them with necessary technical information
•	Review Tech Packs, patterns and tooling blueprints in Illustrator to make necessary adjustments
•	Creating product calendars based on lead times and delivery schedules, tracking sample progress up through final production
•	Maintain communication with factories to convey all necessary information, including timelines, sampling needs, materialization & any other updates or changes
•	Review costing and make necessary adjustments in order to maintain target margins
•	Worked closely with production department on product compositions, classifications, and costing
•	Receive and inspect samples at each round and prepare revisions, testing samples at each stage
•	to improve the final product
•	Assist R&D with new concepts and materials
•	Travel to factories to identify capabil

Snow Product Developer 

•	Sell in and aid in sell through of Salomon and Bonfire snowboard products
•	Create and build relationships with new and existing dealers
•	Collaborate with product and design to create relevant products for the market
•	Participate in on-site demos, events and regional marketing
•	Service accounts and assist in creating the correct product mix for their individual needs
•	Promote Salomon and Bonfire brand messages
