Build and execute  Social  Media  Strategies, Branding, Email  Marketing and Digital  Content  Creation.  Assist  in campaign concepts, event  planning and facilitate  conversations  with accounts, vendors and customers  to successfully  grow  brand awareness, brand loyalty and increase sales.

ports, TOP's to final production.
• Maintain communication with all vendors to minimize quality issues and ensure on time deliveries.
• Attend and work in trade shows as well as sourcing new vendors.

Production Manager

• Effectively work with Licensors, Manufacturers, Sales Teams, National and International Departments to ensure accurate and timely production of costumes and accessories.
• Experience with product development and Management of multiple brands including: Star Wars, Pokemon, Ghostbusters, Lalaloopsy, Adventure Time, Hello Kitty among others.
• Coordinate the development of product from concept, samples, sourcing and production overseas to the completion of con-
tractual requirements.
• Work as a team player with (in conjunction with) Licensors, Production and Licensing Managers, Graphic/Designers, Pattern
Makers, Sewing Operators and Sculptors.

• Supervised 20-35 Sewing and Quality Control Operators. Worked with plant management team to meet production goals
• while ensuring production was running smoothly.

Internal Manufacturing Supervisor

Responded to catastrophic claims in a timely manner by being deployed and managing numerous claims simultaneously.

Independent Catastrophe Adjuster

• Maintained inventory control, assisted in garment costing and specs, tech packs and lab dips.
• Managed quality control of garments, inventory, garment costing and sourcing of fabrics and trims.
