Prepare, manage, and execute the OEM account strategy, align with delivering on the company’s vision of becoming a superior product supplier to respective OEMs. Increasing revenue and market penetration, thereby ensuring long term and profitable growth for the company.
•	Established twelve OEM Accounts and Certified Partnerships in the US, and 10 OEM Relationships in Canada.  Drive all OEM efforts through sales to meet desired profit of $1.5M+ YoY.  
•	Discuss strategy and initiatives with prospective or existing accounts; provide a product roadmap for Tier I and II opportunities.
•	Partner with OEM on co-op or marketing program efforts from design/launch/deployment to overseeing metrics; ensuring dealer success.
•	Responsible for account retention by providing feedback on dealer performance on a quarterly basis, encouraging dealer usage and training, that led to increased customer satisfaction.  
•	Manage OEM monthly/year-end program reporting through assessment and proposing individual strategic dealer plans.


Collaborate with all stakeholders in the organization, to ensure that the company website, collateral, and dealer communications deliver the appropriate message plus reflect the brand accurately.   
•	Responsible for the development of the yearly marketing plan/budget forecast to ensure effective communication of the brand's position in the marketplace.
•	Maintained content and provide monthly product updates to corporate AutoAlert website.  Manage regular Go To Market communications to internal employees, plus external clients and dealers.
•	Execute and analyze ROI on marketing campaigns/advertisements in conjunction with advertising agency.


Marketing Manager

Managed the development and sustainment of sales programs and/or initiatives that contribute to the improvement across the organization, that support account retention and long-term sales operations profitability.
•	Worked with the Sales Management to implement the annual go-to-market plan, sales territories, and appropriate coverage. Identify productivity trends across the regions and use insight to improve productivity, ensure dealer churn is maintained below 2%.
•	Represented the regions in global operations-oriented projects such as new product introductions, new systems, tools or processes.
•	Managed long term strategy, Salesforce activity, reports and analytics; report metrics to Executives on a monthly basis for further review. Provide direction and advice to Sales leaders on key business decisions and methods to increase Sales productivity.
