Property Manager

Director of Production:  Directed a highly efficient team of 2 Production Managers and 8 Production Assistants through all aspects of pre-production, overseas and domestic production, and post-production for three multi-million dollar lines: DKNY Active, DKNY Juniors, and DKNY Jeans. 

•	Managed execution with Heads of Design, Merchandising, and Trim team from inception through production of line to ensure cost levels were kept low and to allot each line to the best possible factory fit in terms of cost, quality, and best execution capabilities.
•	Directed W.I.P., (work-in progress), meetings with all internal departments during the pre-production, and also during the actual production of lines.
•	Coordinated with Head of Sales to project and properly maintain on-hand greige and color assorted raw materials in order to tighten production lead times. 
•	Managed to ensure production timing goals were adhered to and integrity of design and fit were maintained and properly communicated to each factory.
•	Extensive travel to factories in mainland China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and Mexico. 
•	Negotiated costs, lead times, and the follow through of critical production dates with hundreds of overseas and domestic factories.
•	Weekly meetings with Operations, Warehouse, and Business Planning Directors to ensure proper logistics flow.

•	Researched freight rates and U.S. Custom’s quota classifications.

Fabric Tracking Manager: Managed all aspects of fabric finance and delivery for the DKNY, D, Classics, and Active Lines. 

•	Mediated the fabric interests of Hong Kong, Korea, and New York City  Production Team.
•	Daily communication with our Italian Fabric Sourcing Office.
•	Negotiated Letters of Credit openings and amendments.
•	Pursued fabric claims for defective and late delivery issues. 
•	Created and implemented the first weekly fabric tracking flow chart which became an essential report for all necessary departments. 


Assistant Import Director and Fabric Tracking Manager

Import Production Coordinator: Sole supporting role to the Import Director for the overseas production of the NY and Studio lines.

•	Managed daily meetings with Italy and Hong Kong to ensure timely and accurate production.
•	Monitored pre-production stages for possible delays. 
•	Created and calculated complex fabric yield charts in order to issue cut tickets with the highest fabric usage and lowest shade lot discrepancies. 
•	Coordinated with Sales Department in weekly production meetings to estimate factory trim and greige commitments. 
•	Coordinated with U.S. Customs Broker when needed for purchase of necessary import quotas. 
•	Updated production planning schedules. 
•	Opened and amended Letters of Credit.
