Process Engineer

- Champion of lean: I created and implemented a plan to practice lean principles across the plant including poka-yoke, SMED, SPF, no fault forward, kanban, and kaizen events. I also conducted training on lean principles and coordinated with an outside vender to run a SMED event and teach kanban.

- Coordinate with outside vendors to design and build a robotic assembly line and tester

Supplier Quality Engineer

-	Developed and implemented a parts traceability system to trace over 300 critical parts from raw material to final product to match with certifications, generating a certifications package. This package generated over $250K in revenue the first year, and was also a key element in achieving API-Q1 and  ISO-9001:2008 certification
-	Lead for AKS bevel head plasma table, trained hourly staff, created 5000+ programs, troubleshoot  user  issues,  and scheduled maintenance 
-	Negotiated a deal with calibration vender for 5% discount by building an onsite room for them to use 
to perform calibrations. 
-	Developed, implemented, and maintained a calibration  program to keep 1300 measuring tools within tolerance , a key element in achieving API-Q1 and  ISO-9001:2008 certification
