Marketing Project Manager / Studio Manager / Producer

In the past two and a half years I've held a Marketing Project Manager position at REEF/VF CORP.  During this time I've managed the majority of marketing's budget (minus ambassadors and in-house employee payroll), produced large scale photoshoots (3-400k x 4 times a year), and helped manage all campaigns falling under marketing.  This includes but is not limited to art/creative, ecomm, PR, digital, etc.   
 
Before REEF I spent seven years at DC shoes while participating in a six-sigma study for marketing and product.  With this knowledge, I have collected and analyzed workflow within all operations departments such as marketing, sales and product. My performance lead into a senior [operations] position which allowed me to work with each department’s head manager to ensure all processes are properly implemented.  I am a fast learner, dedicated employee, and a motivated individual.

? Manage scheduling and workflow of advertising and marketing communications projects among agencies, internal departments, clients, and vendors. Manage and revise timelines and estimates. Route layouts, copy, proofs and other project elements for approval and production. Set advertising production schedules; negotiate with select vendors; track and manage budgets and costs. Communicate technical information to design staff. Attend press checks and give final approvals. Work with leadership team to improve processes and tools to increase product quality and efficiency.

? Coordinate all photo-shoot operations from scouting models, locations, talent and production of shoot. Manage group needs from booking flights, scouting props, organize catering, establish schedules and work with production assistant to execute call sheets and itinerary. Assist creative team to ensure all end-use needs are executed while on shoot location. This includes needs for advertisement, PR, Ecommerce/digital, and brand.

? Manage most budgets that fall within marketing such as direct selling, ecommerce as it relates to art needs, advertising production, etc.
