I have fifteen years of sales experience, consisting of retail, inside and outside sales, and key account management in both the Southwestern and Midwestern territories.  

•	Responsible for the Midwestern territory, consisting of eleven states, 150 accounts, and $5 million in annual sales.
•	Key accounts managed included Journeys, Gliks, Scheels, and Dunhams, totaling $3 million in annual sales.
•	Manage the Mountain Bike product category for four states.


Brands - Alpinestars, Circa, Axion, 9five
•	Responsible for the management and growth of the Southwestern territory, including key accounts Zappos, Industrial, Tillys, and Sun Diego.
•	Worked closely with each brand to develop and implement new marketing and sales initiatives to increase sales and brand exposure.  As a result, Astars sales increased 25%, C1RCA/Axion 30%, and 9five over 300%.
•	Prospected and pioneered new brand 9five Eyewear


•	Responsible for structuring the sales organization to service the eastern half of the US.  This included hiring and managing sales reps, developing a distribution strategy, prospecting accounts, and initiating and maintaining relationships with key accounts such as Lids and Olympia Sports.
•	Doubled the account base in the Eastern region.


Sales Manager

•	Developed and implemented a wholesale structure which grew sales 300% in 2010.
•	Restructured customer service.
•	Implemented a social networking program executed and managed through multiple platforms.


•	Managed the “B” and “C” accounts for Joe Lazar, increasing the sales of these accounts by 15% during a tough economy. 
•	Was able to maintain $75k in at-once business per month through servicing each account on a weekly or monthly basis.
•	Provided marketing support to accounts such as supplying appropriate in-store POP, providing storefront window vinyl and displays, offering event support, providing tools for e-commerce, and developing programs for in-store promotions.
•	Helped pioneer the launch of the DC Auto product line by offering first-hand knowledge, insight, and feedback to management to provide direction and aid in decision making.


Sub Rep to Joe Lazar

•	Developed a model that efficiently managed 150 accounts, and $12 million in sales for the Southwestern region.
•	Continually averaged a 90% order fulfillment rate by maintaining positive relationships with accounts and managing order files.
•	Assisted four outside sales reps with operations including entering orders, processing returns, supplying accounts with available-to-sell inventory, support at trade shows, and tending the customer service phone line.


Inside Sales Representative

•	Accountable for store operations which included opening and closing the store, managing employees, training new hires, traveling to trade shows, and managing the weekly financials.
•	Contributed to a 20% growth in sales in the Snowboard Department through educating employees in product, and training them in customer service.
