Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator

I am a dedicated professional with a passion for MARKETING AND DESIGN seeking a Graphic Design position in a creative and challenging business atmosphere. Currently the Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator for the Downtown Long Beach Alliance with over 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in graphic design for digital and print integrated marketing/advertising campaigns, publications, promotional collateral and event production/support.

Ideate, create and execute the creative design for all online and offine marketing campaign/event needs including promotional collateral, print and
billboard advertising, online display ads, placemaking design materials, e-newsletters, and social media ads. Create bi-annual publications for both stakeholder and business development audiences. Coordinate the promotion, event permit process, vendor activation, and overall execution of multiple annual events with attendance sizes ranging from 500 to 10,000+. Manage all print campaigns and budgets as well as all online and offine advertising buys.

Managed cross-functional resources needed to execute all marketing campaigns. Developed graphics and coordinated all print and marketing materials necessary to execute marketing/PR initiatives. Analyzed, brainstormed, and submitted recommendations for new marketing/PR opportunities. Drafted supporting marketing briefs outlining background, objectives, timeline, reach, budget, and suggestions. Managed approved
marketing plans from inception to execution. Administrator of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Yelp. Ensured all marketing initiatives utilized a social media layer to continue the ongoing interaction and retention of HealthSource with its customers.

Designer / Marketing Manager

Managed and executed all creative design from ideation to completion across all offine and online advertising mediums. Addressed specific franchise marketing needs while ensuring brand standard compliance in all customized print and web advertisements. Assisted in the development of sponsorship proposals and contracts resulting in the acquisition of multiple national vendor partnerships including: Under Armour, Gatorade,
USA Football, Nike, Perform Better!, Werksan, STACK Media, and ESPN Rise. Ensured proper implementation and placement of co-branded products, marketing collateral, and retail displays within franchise locations. Managed inventory and tracked delivery of all branded apparel, retail products, and training equipment.
