Buying goods, services, and materials for Christian Brothers to maintain successful production of its products
 and services. Maintaining quality, customer service, and good pricing from our vendors, Provided training
 to new employees, and problem solving with last minute problem orders, developing and implementing
 purchasing policies and procedures. Assisting with Claims for Costco Sales Division Responsible for
 tracking and obtaining credits earned from Fuse Alliance, NTCA Rebates, and Shaw Promotions Weekly
 tracking of inventory and financial values.

Buying goods, services, and materials for Christian Brothers to maintain successful production of its products
 and services. Maintaining quality, customer service, and good pricing from our vendors, cross checking
 bills, paying bills with Net Terms to obtain discounts, improving our bottom line. Provided training to new
 warehouse employees and problem solving with last minute problem orders, developing and implementing
 purchasing policies and procedures.


Accounts Payable and Purchasing 

Assisted with all functions of the Administrative Office including , handling phones, collecting payments and issuing invoices, supplier releases, filing preliens, creating job site safety books, new employee application processing, E-Verifying, A/R and A/P report processing, assisting with closing out costs of projects in order to pay commissions, keeping our office compliant for audits by the state of California for safe work environments and updating fire safety standards. If there was something that needed to get done, or someone who needed my help in Admin I was there to support everyone and anyone who needed it.
