Implementation Consultant - HR

?	Manage client implementation process for the Human Resources work stream
?	Establish and manage activities towards project milestones independently or in conjunction with team or Project Manager
?	Overcome client and internal obstacles to timely project completion, and coordinate with other departments, as necessary to meet objectives
?	Participate in formal hand-off of "live" system to other ADP departments
?	Create complex custom reports
?	Provide business process re-engineering recommendations required to achieve a successful conversion

Senior HRIS Data Analyst

?	System Administrator/Project Lead for eTime implementation and upgrade for 7 of Roll Global’s business units during the transition from a self-hosted to an ADP hosted timekeeping platform system
?	System Administrator/Project Manager for Vantage HCM implementation in which we transitioned from ADP EV5 and Self Service Portal to ADP Vantage HCM for the benefits, payroll, time, and HR functions for all of the various business units within Roll Global
?	Coordinate with all internal customers to design project scopes and objectives and ensure achievement of all necessary system improvements within required timeframe and monitor completion of all HRIS projects
?	Analyze and work with implementation team within ADP and Roll Global and various outside benefit representatives to confirm and validate the interface requirements 
?	Manage responsibility for day to day HR functions, administration, configuration and interfaces for 8 different business units under the Roll Global umbrella


HRIS Supervisor

?	Human Resources support for POM Wonderful LLC and Suterra LLC business units
?	Administer benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
?	Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
?	Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
?	Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
?	Handle internal investigations and employee relations issues.
