I have 14 years of experience in marketing, social media, pr and graphic design experience. Majority of experience stems from the action sports industry as marketing manager/ director for various skate and surf brands. For the past 4.5 years i have been managing my creative consulting agency.

Project Manager

• Develop unique content for all Rocket Dog Footwear social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo, Vine. This includes daily posts, copy, photos and video. Leverage both what assets are readily available at Rocket Dog Footwear, and worked with third parties to create additional assets as needed and budgeted. Worked with departments like Sales, E-Commerce Web and PR + Marketing to develop exciting editorial content, including behind-the-scenes, look how-to, inspirational quotes, etc.

• Took Rocket Dog from 3k fans in 2009 to over 400,000 fans in 2013 on Facebook. 
Increased Twitter fan base by 1200%

• Ensured excellent customer service through timely, accurate and engaging responses to customer inquiries submitted through social networks.

• Serve as exclusive PR point of contact for all bloggers. Developed and executed blogger PR plan. Secure online press through identifying and establishing relationships with key influencers in  fashion industry.

• Developed and maintained monthly/ yearly editorial strategy and calendar. Concepted specialty contests on Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Generating increased organic exposure, new followers and awareness of the brand.

• Develop brand standards for international social media. Oversee country brand ambassadors’ social engagement and adherence to global brand identity.

• Worked with graphic designer + web designer to create graphics for seasonal online updates across all platforms.

• Maintained voice and identity of Rocket Dog Footwear throughout all platforms. 

• Assist Sales + Web + Marketing Department with seasonal product descriptions, trends, website content.

Social Media Director (Consulting at LE Communications)

Responsible for managing projects coming from the marketing and sales teams (nationally and globally) into the creative department.  As the bridge to the creative team, print, digital and video projects were delegated appropriately based on workload and project priority.  Created Press Releases and creative briefs for each proposed marketing launch on new product for Analog or Gravis Team Riders. Organized in-house paperwork for mainstreaming the approval process for invoices, bills and advances.  Orchestrated the social media channels for Analog and Gravis in the USA. This unique role played on my strengths to poses a positive attitude, strong organization skills, the ability to multitask, and effectively communicate both verbally and written.
