i am an innovative and boundary pushing clothing designer with experience in women's fleece,activewear, knit tops and bottoms. As a creative and dedicated designer I am constantly creating and brainstorming new ways to innovate and elevate the ordinary into the enhanced and exceptional.

•	Create direction, vibe, color, and concept per season through trend and market research for each season.
•	Present and design new ways of elevating and innovating product, fabric, technique and trims.
•	Spec and hand off technical designs per season
•	Fit styles and brainstorm solutions for margin or cost issues
•	Work as a collaborative team with development, merchandising, and graphic team
•	Present seasonal designs in design review to CEO, Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Art team, and Development 
•	Travel overseas for factory visits on production and pre-season development
•	Travel for shopping trips on concept and silhouette direction for fleece category
•	Competitive shopping reports and analysis
•	Manage, train, grow and guide the design assistants
