•	Helped turn around junior business and image of PacSun to make a more covetable brand
•	Launched new categories of business i.e. Skinny Jeans in color, saturated & neon color projection, fabric dimension i.e. burnout & slub jersey, woven plaid shirts (pushed them to buy as they were not going to buy and this ended up being a huge part of our sales/profit), fashion bare/wovens, sublimation & wash techniques, the Core V-Neck tees with new art direction and outerwear pieces, 6 new brands i.e. Future Favorites (including working with branding companies & created label packages).
•	The Junior's proprietary business was approximately 35% of the store and when I started grew to 50-55%+ (equal + to young men's).  Grew the Junior's proprietary business from 30% to 75-80%.
•	Traveled to Europe, New York, Hong Kong and Music Festivals for youth culture research and trend reports for CEO & Company.
•	Traveled 6 x per year overseas to get our product execution looking better and negotiate better costs. (China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore)
