• Coordinated photo shoots with internal studio including product acquisition, scheduling, processing invoices, delivery of final assets, and communicating retouching notes to digital artists.

Project Manager

• Designed all movie-related print and digital assets for use in theatre, on IMAX.com, and social media sites. Designed and coded email blasts for each movie release.

• Worked with creative agencies to develop advertising templates and reviewed artwork submitted by theatres for approval; provided constructive feedback when required.

Creative Coordinator

• Assisted the Art Director, Designers, and Production Artists with the production and design details of all Etnies print materials, including advertisements, flyers, and promotional materials.
