PROJECT MANAGER

BROADCAST SERVICES / TV PRODUCTION - On Call 

Project liaison between Producers, Production Manager, and Directors to assess and evaluate crews both before and after
productions
Manage talent, directors, and production team during events
Manage multiple productions, media tours / walk throughs, and live shots throughout the Resort
Production liaison between Disney and their assigned affiliates
Effective communicator both verbally as well as in writing to work with vendors, production staff, and internal Disney
management teams
Collaborate with marketing, promotions, and creative teams to ensure overall success of production

Commercial warehousing and industrial workspace tailored for business to run and operate with flexible leases, full range of unit sizes, and all the amenities provided  
In addition to the same responsibilities listed below with ReadySpaces: Manage all day-to-day operations and onsite managers for 57 locations nationwide 
Locations ranging from 200,000 – 1000,000 square feet in size with 30 – 65 individual businesses running and operating out of
Hire, train and conduct performance evaluations of facility personnel 
Manage and oversee vendors for all locations for construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and unit buildouts 
Coordinate internally with other teams in construction, development, sales, and transportation in the implementation of new store openings, remodels, and other special projects 


Operations Manager 

Manage day-to-day operations for the LA / Orange county Markets and physical location of facilities 175,000sqft +
Assist Area and General Managers in the Region with their facility, member needs, and or contractor needs
Manage sales and licensing agreements for new and current members to keep facility full
Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, members and executive team
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our branding according to company and member(s) needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

GENERAL MANGER

Managed overall logistical operations from production to operational readiness for all theatrical productions; including primary research, strategic partnership efforts, and product testing
Implemented and managed project time-lines, budgets, and crew for all projects
Managed outside vendor relationships to ensure positive relations, on-time product delivery, and maximum profitability
Project liaison between supervisors, stage managers, production teams, maintenance support teams, leads, and operational crew
Coordinated Recruiting efforts for hiring and training new Cast Members
Facilitated communication between entertainment, design, and engineering teams during the development and implementation of projects
Worked with Disney Safety Department Managers to ensure that all safety procedures and policies were followed and operating in compliance with OSHA
Responsible for implementing company standards by exhibiting Disney's image of quality presentation and customer service
