Client Service  - Account Manager

I have spent many years navigating the consumer packaged goods industry. During that time I have collaborated across departments and businesses to launch new products, remake brand identities, open new distribution channels and increase sales. I have an all of the above approach grounded in developing relationships, fact based selling, and problem solving.

In addition to my duties as In-house Counsel and Policy Analyst I have taken on the responsibility of managing the Government Affairs staff and budgets through both a personnel and organizational structure transition period.

Interim Policy Director/ Attorney

Policy Analyst and In-House Counsel. Primary duties include monitoring and participating in all public land planning and policy decisions that effect mountain biking. Other duties include legal support for IMBA and IMBA Chapters.

Created a new functional role never performed at IZZE prior to the PepsiCo acquisition; Developed Category Management tools for use by all IZZE departments and PepsiCo 
Produced and presented sales and consumer insights for senior management and retail partners contributing to 19% retail sales growth from 2006 to 2007

Category/Insights Analyst

Negotiated complex technology license and operating agreement for retail sales tracking of running specialty stores with another company without creating corporate entanglements
Refined the data projection and smoothing system to increase effectiveness through efficiency and accuracy
Provided monthly and annual analytics for the Outdoor Industry Association and outdoor and sporting goods manufacturers

Senior Retail Analyst

Transactional work including; formation and sale of business entities, operating agreements, commercial and residential leases 
Litigation support for copyright licensing, and patent litigation, real estate and foreclosure matters

Reviewed cases and motions for proper procedure and evidentiary support
Made initial recommendations for the Senior Clerk's review and submission to the Judge, Two recommended opinions were delivered as final opinions without substantial change
