Gorham, ME. 2011-Present Relationship Management: • Create and maintain professional and personal relationships with recruits, players, coaches, alumni, parents, and athletic department administration. • Maintain relationships with 30+ student athletes to offer guidance and support regarding life outside of athletics including family, academics, post graduation, etc. Coaching: • Create comprehensive practice and game plans, highlighting the skill set of all 30+ athletes. • Balance a pre-planned timeline with spur of the moment revisions to create a consistent yet dynamic environment. Results: • Graduated largest class in USM Lacrosse history in 2013 (12 seniors). • Increased recruiting totals from zero under the previous coach to over 30 in three seasons. Past Experience -Director MAINEiax Lacrosse Club, Portland, Maine 2012-2014 Program Development and Management • Create and implement new ways to grow and expand membership (see Results). • R-positioned the MAINEiax brand to the premier youth lacrosse club in Southern Maine, by staying on top of current trends within the lacrosse culture, as well as growing our online presence through our website and social media. Management • Actively manage a staff of 10 coaches and administrators, including interviewing, hiring and retaining employees. • Serve as the day-to-day contact for over 200 players and their parents. Results: • Tripled membership by expanding our event calendar from seasonal teams to year-round programming that includes summer camps, teams, leagues, private lessons, clinics, and charity events. • I was featured as “Game Grower of the Month” on, one of the largest lacrosse blogs in the country. • Built a competitive staff, featuring six NCAA coaches and multiple high school coaches. -Manager Fleischer Sport, Steamboat Springs, CO. 2010-2011 • Drove net sales $200,000 beyond projected earnings within six months. • Managed rental and retail inventory and online operating system. • Oversaw marketing and promotion of in-house magazine, “Fleischer Sport: The MAG”.
