Freelance Designer

4 years of experience working as a Creative Services Manager-Graphic Designer in the corporate industry. Main duties: design packaging, magazine ads,marketing collateral,web banners/ads, controlling marketing budgets, product photography, & making sure all deadlines were met with the marketing team.

  - Manage the design and scheduling of artwork.

Sr Graphic Designer

- Develop and translate design concepts into final, refined layouts
- Develop art concepts for web/print
- Create mechanicals and complete internal pre-press work
- Follow and/or develop style guides as needed to interpret our company's images and layouts
- Coordinate the exchange of graphic artwork with marketing, vendors, and other outside design resources
- Coordinate with internal and external sources on image acquisition
- Create marketing, image, communication, and sales support materials to support department
- Manage organization of all artwork files and releases within our internal server
- Load all brand/campaign imagery and final artwork into our internal image database
- Establish priorities to meet deadlines with highest quality end product
- Manage a large daily volume of projects; estimate time required and resources needed for successful project completion and communicates these needs effectively to manager
- Recommends, manages and often implements technical and resource processes to support large workflow

Sr Production Artist

- Develop and implement brand and product marketing collateral, including product packaging, product literature, web content, promotion materials, sales tools, advertising (print and web) tradeshow collateral and other requested materials.
- Develop and manage on-line campaigns through creation of banners and create reports to review ROI.
- Brainstorm with department leads on new projects and contribute concepts and ideas to the marketing team.
- Select type, draw lettering, lay out materials or perform related duties.
- Assemble final electronic files for printing, ensuring proper file maintenance, verify support files and fonts are attached, running separations and creating PDFs for Document Control.
- Manage server file maintenance, file naming and file handing procedures.
- Support the Marketing department initiatives as needed.
