Catalog Production Coordinator

• Assisted customers over the phone and through email, worked to find solutions to shipping, merchandise quality, and return issues. 
• Member of the fraud task force, fielding reports of various fraudulent activities on the site, investigating further, and reporting/remedying/shutting down accounts as necessary. Spoke directly with both victims and perpetrators of fraudulent activity. 
• Partnered with our operations team to work with customers that are affected by inventory discrepancies, often working directly with the vendor to find replacements
