The value I bring as a product and program manager is to build collaborative relationships with customers and team members. Leading them in an iterative process around data-driven actions that keep us focused on solving the customer’s problem. I strive to provide products that customers actively use through simple, intuitive, and validated user experiences. I have a proven track record of managing the changes within the plan and keeping initiatives on target.

Focused on GoToWebinar product experience by aligning our customer and market research with the business strategy. My responsibilities spanned the product lifecycle with long term product strategy research, current annual roadmap execution, and triaging customer issues. I have experience with both frontend and backend services. 

Previous Experience:
Program Manager:
In charge of creating and executing the GoToWebinar operating framework between all departments including Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Care, and others with the goal to achieve revenue targets. The framework included communication plans, resource tracking, roadmap monitoring, stakeholder reporting, risk management, and strategic planning calendar. I would also lead projects where the attention was needed to keep our strategic plan on revenue and schedule targets. 

Sr. Project Manager:
Focused on 1-2 programs or 2-3 projects at a time. The primary program was ensuring that a portfolio of GoToWebinar and GoToTraining initiatives meet their revenue and product KPI targets on the planned roadmap timeline. The other major program focused on working with development teams to adopt continuous integration and continuous delivery. I also assisted in the merger to LogMeIn by leading a project to ensure all references of previous company brand were removed from frontend and backend services.??

Project Manager:
Focused on delivering 2-3 projects at a time on the planned roadmap timeline while achieving targeted revenue and product KPI’s. These projects spanned all types of product areas from; supporting technical services like authentication and identity, full product departmental changes like software lifecycle standards, linking all commerce systems into one, and product feature releases. My other main focus was to ensure that all GoToTraining product initiatives met their targeted timelines and metrics. This would include facilitating the strategic planning process.??

Project Coordinator:
Led and assisted 2-3 technical operation projects at a time. Principal responsibilities included working with the network team to expand, update, maintain, and sunset network infrastructure. Secondary responsibilities included setting up tracking and reporting for a portfolio of projects for the GoToMyPC product. Finally, 15-20% of my time was spent working with a small team to set up a capacity management system for all data center infrastructures and systems. ?

Product Manager

Provided global forecasting and analysis to ensure cost effective product lines that would reach margin and revenue goals. Part of those analysis would include size and color curves, SKU count efficiency, and top level global demand/sales plans. Focused on Snow, Outerwear, Base Layers, Bags, and Surf product areas, but also helped out in other areas when needed. ??

Previous Experience:
Inventory Analyst:
Optimized inventory levels to increase revenue and decrease storage costs through forecasting techniques. I would also work with Marketing and Merchandizing teams to ensure our inventory matched our content plans. My main focus was on the e-commerce channel. ??

Demand and Supply Planner

In charge of facilitating the product calendar from design to customer delivery for the wholesale business. This responsibility included managing all aspects of the supply chain across 4 brands and 33 vendors. This was executed by forecasting and managing sales plans, production plans, and logistics so that we had on-time delivery to our customers. The four brands and product lines managed were Burton Apparel, Anon Optics, Gravis Footwear, and Channel Islands Apparel, Bags, and Accessories. ???

Previous Experience:
Demand and Supply Analyst:
Member of a new team in 2006 to develop skill sets, processes, documentation, and reporting for demand and supply management within the newly formed Sales and Operations department. Our ultimate goal was to implement a just-in-time manufacturing system. I specialized in creating mathematical solutions to optimize our sales forecasting, production and purchasing planning, and inventory management that would feed back into the SAP ERP software. I also worked with the financial department to ensure that our plans would meet the revenue and margin targets. Throughout this time I handled all product groups; hardgoods, softgoods, apparel, footwear, optics, accessories, and bags/luggage. 

Credit Analyst:
My main role was to reduce the risk of customers defaulting on their inventory payments through sound credit analytical practices. I managed all new credit inquires for North America. My other role was to manage an account receivables portfolio for Canada and Central/MidWest states.??

Credit Internship and Consultant:
I managed a portfolio of wholesale account receivables with the target to increase on time payment. I also worked on improving our reporting structure to give more accurate and up to date information on our collections performance.
