- Responsible for facilitating all cross-departmental communication needed to execute aggressive door growth strategies for +70 door retail chain.
- Helped lead the new store opening process, resulting in an additional 250,000 square feet of selling space!
- Directed IT with the layout of an 8 for POS pilot program to identify peak store traffic hours and prevent wasted store scheduling dollars.
- Reduced the amount of external partners while negotiating credit line increases, thus creating a streamlined and focused business partnership.
- Enhanced the layout of flagship DTLA store by successfully campaigning to create impactful and immersive branded retail environments, creating a literal floor-to-ceiling brand story.
- Advised on the design and direction of branded Shop-In-Shop environments, with respect to brand guideline standards, creating confidence in the brand/retailer relationship.
			 

Director of Operations/Brand Partnership Manager

- Designed all store experiences and marketing initiatives across +130 door retail chain for all major brands (Nike, Jordan, Converse, adidas, Timberland, Stance, New Era).
- Conceptualized "Legacy Level" Jordan retail experience, leading to an explosive + $1 million LY increase for the brand within an exclusive space strategically designed to speak to Jordan brand stories.
- Co-designed and directed initial rollout of the scaled "Legacy" retail format, creating a retail environment for branded footwear/apparel/accessory storytelling opportunities (DTLA, Long Beach, Pico).
- Built and coached a team of Field Visual Merchandisers, stretching across 10 states, teaching impactful visual merchandising standards to all store associates.
- Partnered with Nike retail team to expand Nike Sportswear retail environments in Los Angeles and San Francisco flagship locations, leading to additional assortment offerings. 


Store Visual Development Director

- Called on +50 door account base with domestic and international retail distribution for footwear, apparel, equipment and accessory categories. 
- Exceeded sales plan by 20% with balanced sell-in of futures and at-once footwear/apparel/accessory sales programs.
- Managed Chivas Guadalajara licensed soccer program for US and Mexico distribution.
- Built SMU soccer ball program for domestic and international distribution.
- Successfully sold and managed footwear programs with MAP policy agreements.
- Working with Merchandising team, helped create West Coast relevant product assortments leading to additional sell-in opportunities.

Field Brand Sales Representative

- Supported brand strategy by coordinating field events to grow Reebok brand presence among retailers, associates and consumers (i.e. Superbowl, NBA All-Star, MLB ALL-Star, NHL Draft, Chicago Marathon, etc).
- Coordinated in-store appearances with professional brand athletes and talent to boost in-store traffic and marketplace excitement (Lupe Fiasco, Karl Mecklenburg, Baron Davis).
- Strengthened brand awareness at retail by presenting +100 product and marketing clinics across entire United States marketplace.
- Supervised launch of innovative Reebok Edge hockey jersey at 2007 NHL Draft.
- Owned Reebok retail execution for SF Bay Area, eventually taking over LA/Seattle/Portland/San Diego/Denver/Chicago/Indianapolis/Atlanta markets.
- Trained and directed entire North American sales team, for in-store support, of cleated baseball launch program at all national Dick's Sporting Goods doors.
