Assistant Manager

Been riding since 91', managed a small core shop, rode for a few companies here and there. Worked at C3 and Burton, worked retail in several shops over the years. Experience in coaching and lessons.

Assistant manager at an outdoor organic produce shop located in Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle.  Responsibilities include sales, inventory management and POP, and maintaining good relationships with local regular customers and tourists alike.  Also responsible for daily set-up and breakdown of shop.

Assistant to the proprietor of a small contracting company that emphasizes a focus on environmental sustainability and creativity.
 ·Determine project goals with clients according to individual budget parameters.
 ·Work with clients and other contractors to create high quality exhibits, office spaces, and retail fixtures, as well as both private and commercial remodels and additions.
 ·Projects include a wide variety of build techniques; including framing, dry wall, trim and other finish carpentry, cabinet, window and door installation, and high-end painting utilizing all types of application.

 · Responsible for customer service and warranty for retail accounts and private customers.
 · Maintained accounts receivable/payable.
 · Received and entered orders, both pre-book and at-once.
 · Also responsible for filing, data entry, sorting mail, and other general office duties.
 · Assisted with packaging and shipping orders in the adjacent warehouse during the busy season.

Office Assistant

Sale Associate and Skateboarding Instructor/Counselor at a summer camp run jointly with Aspen Ski Co. 
 
· Assisted with selecting and processing inventory for pre-season orders.
· Merchandised and coordinated sales promotions.
· Sales associate for a wide variety of snowboarding products, both equipment and apparel.
· Assisted customers with rentals and demos and repaired and tuned boards and other equipment. 
· Instructed and was responsible for groups of young teenagers all day at Aspen skate camp.       
· Assisted/educated customers about various products and operated register.

Sales Associate/Skate Camp Counselor

· Responsible for all purchasing and product mix development.
· Created and implemented marketing plan and coordinated advertising and promotions.
· Managed and maintained all inventory.
· Attended various trade shows such as SIA, ASR, and WWSRA, as well as various on-snow demos.
· Managed all employees and a large skate and snowboard team. 
· Developed and maintained vendor and customer relationships.
