•	Maintain costume bibles with the most recent information on the shows.
•	Book fitting appointments and attend all fittings to take notes and photograph costumes.
•	Attend dress rehearsals to take notes, assure dressers are following plots and act as a liaison between front and back of house.
•	Act as representative for the Costume Supervisor as needed.
•	Research vendors, costume pieces, and time periods of a show.
•	Shipping and receiving of goods.


Oversaw all day to day retail operations and set up all managing systems for an award winning retail shoe store. Conducted all buying, budgeting, and inventory management and additionally built relationships within the community and served on the Board of Directors for the local business improvement district association.

Owner/Operator

Assisted in building a footwear brand from start up, this brand is now firmly established in the industry and is a major force in its market. Starting out as a small sourcing agent and design house, we became an international brand. Over the years we diversified our company by incorporating licensed and private label goods. During this time we manufactured in England, Mexico, Portugal, China, Thailand, and India.
•	Created and presented multiple collections yearly for international footwear brand.
•	Designed private label items for major retailers monthly.
•	Designed multiple licensed collections.
•	Designed Custom artwork, prints, and components for products.
•	Oversaw all aspects of design from concept, to completion.
•	Created and submitted specification sheets used for product development.
•	Quality checked all samples and finished products to ensure company standards.
•	Met with agents, factories, and distributors in the U.K., Europe, Mexico and Asia.
•	Coordinated all travel.

Design Director/Lead Designer

•	Managed up to 4 retail store locations, including training and scheduling of staff.
•	Forecasted trends and sourced successful products, increasing sales volume each year.
•	Generated new ideas for marketing and advertising strategies, maintained company website, including e-commerce.
•	Handled all data entry using the company’s point of sale system.
•	Produced fashion shows and special events: booked models and venues, coordinated clothing, accessories, footwear and props, selected music, and choreographed the shows.
•	As Buyer and General Manager for the T.U.K. retail boutique, it was awarded “Progressive Retailer of the Year” in 1997, by the California State Assembly.
