- Assisted with daily operations of two product development teams and the color department
- Participated in fit session – organized, tracked, and processed fit comments in FileMaker for WebPDM and TradeStone from prototype stage through TOP of production samples
- Review and revised raw material codes to overseas vendors and design, product line management, and materials teams in WebPDM and TradeStone
- Organized new and approved lab dips and binders within the color library
- Ensured technical relevance and product quality and integrity of all products within scope
- Assessed samples by measuring during all stages of development to ensure tolerance within specification pack

Associate Product Developer (Temporary)

- Reported to the VP of Design, Line Developer, and Product Developer with all aspects of design from concept to final product
- Interacted with Marketing, Sales, & Quality Assurance teams to distribute product details and ensure accuracy and integrity of documented materials during detail meetings
- Assisted in researching seasonal trends, colors, raw materials, and styling by shopping local markets, international online stores, and StyleSight
- Participated and contributed to research, concept, development, prototype corrections/fit, and design meetings with sales, pricing, and production teams
- Served as a point-of-contact with offices in China; maintained daily communication and created technical packets and sample requests via SoftShoeStyle for shipment to development teams in China
- Developed a new system for customer requests to ensure timely arrival, coordinated with overseas team in eight China offices
- Created and maintained multiple daily report and line sheets per customer requests

Associate designer

- Responsible for the functions under the scope of the owner, sales managers, customer service manager, and production coordinator
- Assisted with completion of 4 collections within 4 months to meet sales deadlines for three fashion weeks
- Organized and cataloged raw materials and garment samples in-house and in the show room
- Processed orders after Los Angeles and New York fashion weeks and MAGIC
- Cultivated and trained in production calendar, fit sessions, tech packs, vendor, and material sourcing
