Customer service --Call center

-  Responsible for handling up to 100+ incoming calls
-  Provide support for online customers for all brands
-  Daily Email, and Live Chat
-  Provide team support in a Call Center environment
-  Meeting set KPI’s related to volume and quality of work
-  Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
-  Address concerns and issues regarding online merchandise, orders, refunds & returns.
-  Maintain positive, friendly, and professional interactions with both internal and external customers
-Assisting customers with declined payments, blocked accounts, suspended accounts.
-Assisting with orders, shipping issues, returns, and missing package claim, delayed, missing item, tampered, carrier damaged claims.
- Address any customer complaints about 3rd party sellers, products dissatisfaction, delays in refunds, replacements, and shipping complaints.
- Responsible for the development and motivation of assigned employees and ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
- Provide management support to front line agents.
- Promote a supportive environment in which employees are encouraged to solve problems      and address customer issues
- Proactively solve problems and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal impact to customer and employee satisfaction. Identify the most appropriate course of action for problem resolution and effectively communicate plans to those impacted
- Monitor, provide feedback, coach and counseling and document employee performance results.
- Identify team and individual training needs and develop plans for immediate and long-term performance improvements.
