Sales & Marketing Manager

I am a Sales and Marketing professional who loves the outdoors. With over 10 years experience in the outdoor industry, I have been focussed on data driven marketing and operational process improvements to streamline teams workflows and maximize sell through.

Lead the project development, and implementation of the brands go to market strategy, asset creation,
promotional calendar all marketing deliverables.
Work cross-functionally to ensure critical dates are met for on-time weekly product launches.
Responsible for achieving the marketing objectives and maximizing communication effectiveness.
Manage internal and external design / agency partners.
Oversee brand licensee partners and all communication to support them and our brand to ensure
alignment.
Manage channel marketing for key retailers to showcase the brand and ensure key stories are being told.
Maintain all field marketing materials and ensure the brand story is being told at each activation.
Coordinate and supervise third party unions/vendors, making sure each trade show booth is constructed
properly and dismantled in the same fashion.

Product Marketing and Events Manager 

Manage third party sales reps, working with them to achieve goals and providing data to drive the business and profitability.
Generate and manage new accounts and sales, and maintain client relationships.
Manage accurate records of all pricing, sales productivity, gross profit, expenses, and activity reports. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines and report on progress/tracking to senior management.
Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with buyers, merchandisers and replenishment teams while insuring accurate forecasts.
  
 Develop brand accretive merchandising plans with each retailer that improve sell- through while adhering to the MAP policy.
Develop short-term and long-term revenue projections based on customer inventory needs and ordering cycles.
Identify and optimize the effectiveness (ROI) of all trade spend with retailers Facilitate cross-functional alignment on sales plans, including assortment decisions, revenue goals, and trade promotion spend; report status to sales plans.
Development of correct merchandising mix to maximize sales and the execution of a strategic sales plan
Monitor and maintain by channel dashboards that reports out WOS, sell-through, forecast accuracy, STOO, and all other analytics needed to own your channel/book of business.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment on sales plans, including assortment decisions, revenue goals, and trade promotion spend; report status to sales plans.
