I have always been involved in outdoor activities. i was a professional wakeboarder before deciding to go to college rather than continue the sport. i've been snowboarding for the last 19 years

The majority of which were in washington state. in 2009 i moved to costa rica to work at a jungle lodge and taught myself how to surf. i fell in love with it and that is one of the reasons that has brought me to southern california.

Owner-Operator

I currently own and operate TrimLine Consulting. We provide residential construction companies job costing as well as system and process improvement options. For the past 8 years, I have worked in a project management roll in different capacities and industries. More expertise is based in residential construction but I have also worked in industrial supply and procurement. I have extensive experience in team-building and leading teams to complete high-end home building and remodels. I have been trained in Lean Six Sigma and 5S systems in order to achieve high standards of efficiency. 
My goal is to use the skills and knowledge I have developed to provide small construction companies with the tools to help them grow and be profitable while building a solid, lasting relationship.

Project Engineer

I over see a team of construction workers as well as track budget and chang orders in the residential construction field. I work directly with clients, architects, sub-contractors, and on site employees. 

Project Manager

As an implementation project manager I work with our top 300 customers in the region to find efficiency solutions that we can provide for them. I am responsible for creating and adhering to timelines using Gantt charts as well as working within a budget. Currently our territory is Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada, as well as Southern Utah. A second component to my position is working with our retail stores to set them up and get their merchandising ready for customer service.

Implemenation Project Manager

I worked as a P.M. for this construction company and was charged with overseeing the completion of multiple construction projects ranging from small tenant improvements to large ground up projects. I created schedules for sub-contractors as well as the employees within our company. I had to stay within budget to complete the project on time.
