Operations Manager

Logistics, Shipping & Operations

Order Fulfillment: Ensure smooth flow of customer orders from eCommerce back end	 to fulfillment partner and back. Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor fulfillment against promised ship date. Proactively communicate potential
delays, and develop processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, work cross functionally to move leftover inventory, and collaborate with product development and marketing teams to improve product quality and customer experience.

Transportation Coordination: Develop load planning strategies. Coordinate with carriers and vendors to negotiate
additional equipment and drivers for peak periods. Monitor transportation activities, identify bottlenecks, implement
corrective actions, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.

EDI and TMS Administration: Serve as the company's EDI system super user and administrator. Lead the Load Planning
Team, leverage the TMS system to generate outbound load plans and develop order consolidations to meet savings
targets.

Shipping and Materials Oversight: Oversee shipping, materials and inventory.

Brand and Market Analysis: Monitor brand performance, competitive activity, and industry trends to inform strategic
decision-making.

Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales with dealers and distributors, both foreign and domestic, to drive revenue growth.

Design and Content Creation: Design product graphics, packaging, and owner manuals. Develop company websites,
social media content, signage, flyers, newsletters, and more.

Trade Show Design & Logistics: Organizing the logistics, design, and management of the trade show booth. Engage with public consumers, the press and retailers.

Multi-Channel Retailing & Logistics: Oversee sales, logistics, and inventory listings on multi-channel retail platforms.
C oordinate marketing and promotional opportunities and upload merchandise in a visually appealing way. Spearhead
all inbound/outbound freight.

Product Development: Design products and packaging for two brands. Inventor of the patented Vigor Audio Helmet
(US Patent # US20170006955 A1) . C   reation of a working prototype, working closely with a patent attorney, sourcing
parts and manufacturers, setting production schedules, and launching the final product to the marketplace.
