Customer Service/Loan Processor

I've been doing sales/customer service now for 11  or so years, looking to break into  the action sports world some  how, just looking for some one to  give me that chance.

Function as the liaison between the sellers/brokers and our Business Developer Officers. My
current day to day is going through the different documents that are being uploaded through our
correspondent portal to ensure we have the right documents to send over to the underwriting
department. Once I have determined we have the right documents I then upload them to the
internal portal to the underwriting staff. From there I will reach out to the sellers/broker and our
Business Developer Officers and let them know where they are with the current loan. I also help
get conditions for the underwriting department as needed. I also order titles through service link
and also order appraisals as needed. The current software that I use is Docvolicted and Byte Pro
