•	Art Direction – Reestablished art direction within lifestyle imagery to grow new consumer groups and retail accounts with the additional goal to provide marketing content to outerwear accounts. 
•	Led new grass roots marketing campaign that activated new accounts within a region by partnering community hubs with positive cultural experiences. Initial campaign gained 2.9million possible Instagram impressions. 
•	Strategic Sales – Curated analytical reporting methods to analyze drop ship data for a regional demand plan and sales strategy that addresses 1200 new national account opportunities. 
•	Led the establishment of 2 new additional IHI product categories within the licensee agreement along with oversight of design and development of the newly developed Pendleton Wetsuits and Pendleton Dry Goods Bottoms categories.
