I’ve spent the better part of the last decade managing and developing products and projects within the action sports industry. I’ve worked with the most advance safety technologies out there as well as the most relevant lifestyle and fashion companies in the industry. I have had the opportunity to work on both sides of the form/function spectrum, which has given me a unique insight into what it take to make the best products on the market.


•	Manage development lifecycle through design, engineering and production guaranteeing only quality new products are delivered to marketing with all the necessary assets and information for release. 
•	Coordinated and worked with outside design and engineering partners to make sure projects we effectively completed on time when resources were limited.
•	Coordinated extensive market research and dissemination of information to design team in order to ensure the company vision and standards are met.
•	Lead R&D on all new processes, technologies and materials including design, prototype and 3D file creation to prove innovative new ideas.
•	Designed and developed new construction methods and mechanical features as well as improved current designs by sketching, rendering, prototyping and creating CAD files.
•	Established and lead evaluation and testing program used to prototype and sample new products effectively maximizing function and performance throughout each phase of the development p

•	Created detailed project briefs built from extensive market research to ensure only relevant and high demand products were released to the public.
•	Managed all in-house and contract design to make sure projects we successfully completed on time by utilizing all resources at their maximum output.
•	Scheduled, tracked and approved all projects to ensure company standards were met and delivered on time.
•	Created technical drawings to accompany design files for seamless handoff to vendors.
•	Reviewed and evaluated all design work with factories and development team to set effective milestones and guarantee successful completion. 
•	Sourced new factories both domestic and abroad to hit quality and cost criteria.  
•	Frequent international travel to factories worldwide to review and push product development. 
•	Managed, reviewed and evaluated all field testing to successfully implement all necessary modifications and updates necessary for successful production of high quality products.
