Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

 I have spent the last eleven years working in various capacities in the Outdoor Industry. My career has spanned from retail, to customer and dealer services, to marketing I discovered my love for the outdoors and cycling exploring the logging roads and root littered trails of Northeastern Vermont. Growing up in rural community instilled me with humility, a strong work ethic, a love of the outdoors, and an insatiable desire to learn. 

• Collaborate with sales, marketing and executive team to develop annual and seasonal sales and marketing strategies and goals
• Create and manage a strategic product line list to be utilized in building all sales and marketing assets
• Manage seasonal calendar to ensure projects are completed within given deadline
• Plan and communicate seasonal sales, marketing, and operations functions, to ensure business goals are aligned
• Examine sales and marketing data to forecast futures sales growth and develop goals for future campaigns
• Create, maintain, and share metrics reports on sales and marketing activities to measure effectiveness and business impact
• Assist marketing team in developing effective campaigns for key wholesale partners
• Collaborate with marketing team to enhance online retail presence through captivating imagery and copy
• Work with external contractors to create product copy, and product and lifestyle imagery
• Assist with account management for all domestic and international accounts
• Analyze sales data and forecasting to develop tactical sales strategy and key objectives
• Enhance sales productivity by creating sales procedures to improve conversions, shorten the sales cycle and maximize profitability
• Lead the adoption and implementation of NuOrder B2B platform
• Create, organize and distribute all seasonal sales tools and marketing assets

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and plan achievable short term and long-term marketing goals
• Communicate departmental goals to internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with all campaigns and projects
• Update and manage internal marketing calendar and project management tool to align with key initiatives
• Manage and coordinate departmental projects establishing timelines, ensuring clear communication and efficient processes
• Oversee annual marketing budget, ensuring departmentl projects stay within or under designated goals
• Develop and oversee the implementation of seasonal promotional campaigns across a variety of channels
• Manage annual print advertising buys and campaigns to align with key initiatives
• Establish and manage corporate and non-profit partnerships that align with key brand values 
• Place and manage all departmental PR and sample orders to ensure timely delivery
• Manage sample shoe inventory to ensure products are available for photo and video shoots, PR events and product tests
• Develop and manage key brand activations in collaboration with key retail partners and internal stakeholders
• Manage and distribute brand and product assets through the Oboz online library
• Assist in establishing and maintaining a social media, public relations and digital marketing presence with internal / external team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to data mine and conduct market research
• Report on ObozFootwear.com, and Youtube.com/oboz performance trends utilizing Google Analytics, and Youtube analytics
• Utilize relevant metrics to help establish departmental golas and drive content
• Active founding member of Oboz Community and Culture Team that develops tactics and plans key company wide events

Marketing Coordinator

• Foster key brand values through clear communication and relationship building with retailers, independent reps and consumers
• Collaborate with sales team, dealers and independent sales reps to enter and edit orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Manage key regional accounts, including processing orders, providing up-to-date inventory, order terms and new product info
• Collaborate with the Oboz Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to ensure all orders are delivered complete, 		on time and ensuring payment is received within given order terms
• Communicate with consumers, dealers and sales reps over the phone or e-mail regarding product features, price and availability
• Responsible for managing communication and overseeing all dealer and consumer warranties
• Ensure warranty claims are processed in an accurate and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate warranty records and communicate any patterns or relevant issues to the product team in a timely manner


Customer and Dealer Services & Warranty Supervisor

• Provide superior customer service to Club members, their guests, and external vendors
• Supervise 11 team members to ensure accurate, safe and timely work
• Train each team member to establish a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with internal team and external vendors to place product PO's and confirm all sales and rental goals are met 
• Provide high-level insole and ski boot fittings in order to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
