•   Manages all internal and external cross-functional relationships including directing marketing and sponsorship
functions, leading year-round business development efforts, identifying and pitching prospective sponsors,

•   Stages expos at all events exhibiting 40+ cycling industry and adjacent brands (e.g., Monster Energy, PowerBar, Garmin) for all North American events generating a 30%+ increase in incremental revenue.
•   Tripled partnership revenue adding 20 new brands to BWR's portfolio during a period of substantial scaling,
developing innovative concepts in support of partner objectives, including customizable online and on-site
activation packages.

deployment of integrated marketing campaigns across cycling and triathlon categories. Managed P&L, budget, and event schedule in line with marketing initiatives.
•   Directed marketing and sales efforts contributing to 8 consecutive quarters of YOY growth and consecutive years
of >12% increase in revenues by developing new marketing and sales materials and ongoing oversight and adjustments to the independent sales rep program.
•   New product launch generated $500K in sales in its first six months achieved through influencing the international
product development team by providing direction and insight into the US market ensuring all functionalities,
features and user materials were in line with key product and user trends.
