Website & E-Commerce Coordinator

Ensure products are listed when available, not only through Kawasaki.com but to the dealer site, to increase wholesale sales of accessories to authorized dealers.  Create images and instruction manuals to correlate with each product and ensure that both are posted to the appropriate product, where necessary.  

Responsible for engaging customers, gathering information and providing workarounds on complex data issues. Analyze/reconstruct complex customer scenarios/problems. Research knowledge database/Jira for known issues that match customer problems.

L1 Data Support Engineer

Responsible for overseeing online sales and presence of licensed brand, iGo.  Additionally, manage front-end and E-commerce platform changes to convey a consistent brand image, attracting customers and encouraging sales.  Edited HTML and CSS coding through Dreamweaver to provide a consistent and clean code, utilized throughout the iGo website. 

Selected Contributions:
- Launch Google Analytics to better understand iGo branding and reach. 
- Created custom CMS pages and PHP forms through the ShopVisible platform.

E-Commerce Manager

Manage Customer Service Representatives: ensure the team is performing job duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively; schedule shifts according to employee availability; resolve any conflicts within the department. Effectively manage escalated issues and ensure top level customer service.  Work in constant communication with the Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to facilitate steady flow of feedback and function.  Process online orders placed on www.incipio.com and Amazon Seller Central, and maintain E-Commerce inventory through Magento. Handle a high volume of emails, phone calls, online service chats, and returns & exchanges, while simultaneously managing the team and handling escalated issues.

Customer Service Manager

Coordinate all aspects of the pre-production process with the Order Entry, Art, Pre-press and Production departments. Assist is site maintenance and development using Dreamweaver and HTML coding.
