Prior to founding ATRETAIL.CO, Nicole worked for top lifestyle brands to craft trade marketing platforms, championed national rollouts, collaborated with various SF Bay Area entrepreneurs and coached fashion marketing at the Academy of Art University.

Retail Marketing Manager / Consultant

As the initial Trade Marketing engine, I successfully:

Led the implementation of the Marketing Operations infrastructure with 3PL partners, distributors and internal teams across two product launches, deploying activations in 17K+ retail locations.

Championed the design, engineering, logistics and implementation of in-store displays and marketing collateral with multiple partners as well as internal marketing, sales, compliance and global supply chain teams.

Managed in-store assets and experience from concept to market across multiple product lines and departments. Included various initiatives from graphic design of assets to managing external creative resources, logistical planning and asset allocations, vendor management and forecasting.

Other responsibilities included aligning with the internal sales organization across strategic accounts and independents, designing winning B2B pitch materials for domestic and international markets, and managing trade media buying.
