Senior Executive Assistant to the SVP

I am a seasoned Senior Executive Assistant for C level Executives with 8 years of experience, 3 years of experience as Buyer Relations Manager for Surf Expo, 5 years of athletic and action sport marketing/event management experience, 10 years of marketing/sales and 3 years of recruiting experience. I am excited for new opportunities within the industry.

PPD is a leading global contract research organization providing drug discovery, development and lifecycle management services. Clients and partners include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, academic and government organizations.
•	Project management role for the GQ&C department
•	Liaison for the SVP globally for Corporate Quality, Quality Risk Management, Information Systems Quality Assurance, Information Governance & Compliance, GQ&C Operations & Consulting, Global Labs (BioAnalytics, Vaccines & Biologics, Global Central Labs, Phase I and cGMP), Vendor Management and Clinical Supplies QA.
•	Department liaison for but not limited to, office supply requests & coordination, IT requests & coordination,  telephone requests & coordination and Amex coordination
•	Maintain highly confidential information on a daily basis
•	Delegate directives to other GQ&C team members
•	Daily calendar management and coordination
•	Prepare and Reconcile Expense Reports
•	Amex Monitoring
•	Approval of  all SVP direct reports and EMEA direct reports expense reports
•	Create and maintain all GQ&C department organizational charts 
•	Request and coordinate all department organizational chart changes
•	Proxy for GQ&C Timesheets
•	Meeting management both internal as well as external coordination for offsite client meetings
•	Field inquires for SVP from all PPD employees and clients
•	Travel Coordination for the SVP and accompanying Executives traveling with the SVP
•	Manage priority emails for the SVP
•	Create, monitor and maintain all GQ&C distribution lists
•	Liaison with Corporate Communications regarding internal and external communication releases
•	New Hire Coordination, including but not limited to eMac completion, facility requests/coordination, Integrations Schedules (1:1 training & individual meetings) and HR coordination
•	Update and maintain the GQ&C website
•	Content Server Administrator for GQ&C
